From < 1 lb. to 1,000 lb. spools/coils, or cut lengths from .250 inches to 40 feet, we’re proud to offer solutions for every requirement.
What Shape Do You Need?
Our team of experts will work with you to manufacture the exact profile you require. United Wire continually invests in the latest state of the art equipment, technology and talent to deliver high quality products at a competitive price.
While many shapes are possible, a few of the most common profiles include Diamonds, Triangles, Ovals, Half Rounds and Trapezoids.
Our shaped wire is produced by cold rolling redrawn round wire through a mill and/or turks head.
An anneal may be required during the flattening/shaping process, depending on the finish temper or the amount of reduction required.
Shaped Wire products are available in all Alloys.
