Our shaped wire is produced by cold rolling redrawn round wire through a mill and/or turks head Depending on the finish temper or the amount of reduction, an anneal may be required during the flattening/shaping process.
Our Shaped Wire is manufactured to our customer’s specifications. The size range is from .020″ – .750″. Some common Wire Shapes include: Diamonds, Triangles, Ovals, Half Rounds and Trapezoids. Shaped Wire products are available in all Alloys. (Plating options also available)
